• Proven experience in preparing proposals for both the public and private sectors, in the capacity of solutions integrator
• Experience in preparing proposals for international procurement procedures
• Proven ability to navigate technical pre-sales discussions in collaboration with delivery teams
• Background in working independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams (e.g., bidding, presales, marketing, delivery, legal)

What you'll do:

As a
Technical Writer
you have to transform business opportunities into integrated, accurate, and competitive technical proposals that maximize BENTO's chances of winning public and private sector projects.

• Pre-qualify opportunities identified by Business Analysts.
• Analyze tender documentation and draft clarification questions when necessary.
• Propose a GO/NO-GO decision for each allocated opportunity.
• Identify the most suitable techno-financial solution according to tender requirements.
• Prepare the technical proposal and annexes, consulting company specialists for each component when needed.
• Integrate inputs from partners/subcontractors into BENTO's proposal (when acting as an integrator) and verify, as much as possible, the accuracy and completeness of the information received.
• Liaise with distributors and vendors to obtain required information and documents for the technical proposal.
• Incorporate contributions from other roles involved in the bid process (e.g., Project Managers, Business Managers).
• Initiate the internal financial proposal by consolidating costs.
• Prepare DEMOs when required.
• Draft documentation for procurement procedures.
• Provide responses to clarification questions regarding the submitted technical proposal.
• Prepare draft contestations, interventions, or technical viewpoints when objections are related to the technical part of the proposal.
• Handover the project to the implementation team (technical perspective).
