Technical Document Writer

Our client, a growing igaming organisation, is looking to recruit the services of a Technical Documentation Writer on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have with a strong passion for Live casino games to create clear, engaging and user-friendly game help materials. The role can be based in Bucharest, Romania, or in one of the following locations: Sebia, Bulgaria, Malta.

You'll play a key role in ensuring that players have the resources they need to understand game mechanics and enjoy our games.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Write detailed and engaging help content, including game rules, feature descriptions, how-to guides, and troubleshooting tips for players.
  • Ensure all help materials are clear, concise, and easy to follow, catering to players of all experience levels.
  • Organize and update content regularly to keep it relevant and accurate with new game features or updates.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure accuracy of the content.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all game help materials, ensuring a friendly and informative approach.
  • Manage multiple versions of documentation, ensuring all information stays current and accessible for players.

Required experience:

  • Proven experience in content writing, especially focused on instructional or game help materials;
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple and engaging way.
  • Good understanding of casino games is a must have;
  • Outstanding editing and proofreading skills, with a sharp eye for detail;
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with other teams like product development and design.
  • Passion for producing high-quality content for the gaming industry;
  • Native English speaker or with excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English
