The Role

We're looking for a
Senior SEO & AI Optimization Specialist
— someone who's more
strategist than executor
, yet still loves getting their hands dirty in delivery.

You'll
own
your client accounts, lead their growth strategy end-to-end, and shape the evolution of how AI transforms search visibility.

What You'll Do1.
SEO Strategy & Growth

• Build high-impact, tailor-made SEO strategies around business goals and KPIs.
• Translate complexity into clarity: growth roadmaps, keyword intelligence, content systems that scale.
• Integrate
  AI-first visibility frameworks
  — optimizing for AI Overviews, Gemini, Perplexity, ChatGPT, and future LLM engines.
• Collaborate tightly with our PPC, content, and data teams for unified growth plays.

2.
Technical Mastery

• Conduct deep audits on architecture, indexing, schema, Core Web Vitals, and log analysis.
• Work hands-on with developers to fix and validate — not just flag — what matters most.
• Leverage automation to speed up testing, QA, and reporting.

3.
AI Optimization & Innovation

• Lead experiments in
  Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
  and conversational search.
• Use data from tools like and Perplexity to map new surfaces of visibility.
• Build repeatable AI workflows — structured data enrichment, prompt-based optimizations, and automated monitoring.

4.
Client Ownership

• Be the trusted advisor for your accounts — proactive, not reactive.
• Present insights that influence C-level decisions.
• Anticipate growth gaps before they appear — and solve them before clients ask.

5.
Reporting & Insight

• Build crystal-clear Looker Studio dashboards and GA4 reports.
• Translate metrics into actionable strategy — always focusing on impact, never vanity.

What You Bring

• 3–6+ years
  of hands-on SEO experience in agency, SaaS, or consultancy environments
• Proven success managing €3K–€20K/month SEO retainers or equivalent budgets
• Deep understanding of
  AI's impact on search
  (AEO, LLMs, SGE, etc.)
• Strong in
  technical SEO
  (JS SEO, CWV, schema, migrations, log analysis)
• Fluency with tools: Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Sistrix, GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio, (bonus)
• Strong communication skills — can brief developers and impress CMOs alike
• Fluent English; other EU languages (especially German) are a plus
