BYD Europe BV located in Schiedam, Netherlands is the marketing and sales HQ of BYD Co., Ltd based in Shenzhen, China. BYD Europe BV offers a full line of BYD electric vehicles, including all-electric cars, all-electric buses, and all-electric forklift trucks.

Main responsibilities:

  • Identify and analyze business requirements; produce structured requirement documents and lead review processes.
  • Validate product solutions to ensure alignment with business needs and operational workflows.
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure delivery quality.
  • Compile and maintain system operation manuals and training materials.
  • Deliver functional training to internal and external teams on system usage, IT tools, and business processes.
  • Drive IT strategic planning and support implementation of new tools and improvements.
  • Coordinate system operations and maintenance, ensuring stability and performance.
  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle of system modules including CRM, BGPC, Digital Marketing Platform, and Dealer API Sales Core System.
  • Map business processes and data flows to ensure efficient tool integration and traceability.
  • Design, adapt, and implement standard procedures and reporting mechanisms based on business needs.
  • Ensure alignment with ISO standards and internal compliance frameworks.
  • Focus on local development and enhancement of IT tools such as Leads management, CRM, Website integration, DMS, Reporting, Analytics, and dealer-facing platforms.

Qualification and requirements:

  • Keep abreast of business developments, be familiar with the business processes and pain points of the area you are responsible for, and have a deep understanding of business needs.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, able to accurately structure and describe requirements in writing, and communicate them accurately and promptly to product managers and development engineers.
  • Excellent judgment skills, able to accurately assess whether product solutions meet business requirements, are complete, and align with daily business operations.
  • Highly responsible, diligent, and capable of managing the entire lifecycle of requirements, driving cross-departmental teams to jointly implement requirements.
  • Experience as a consultant for CRM, WMS, SAP, or similar systems; experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in both English and Romanian as working languages.
