Ce ne dorim:Cunoașterea limbii engleze la nivel mediu (scris și vorbit);Permis de conducere categoria B;Diplomă de licență în inginerie electrică sau un domeniu tehnic conex;3-5 ani de experiență în construcția proiectelor de energie regenerabilă, managementul activelor sau O&M, de preferință cu experiență specifică în energie solară, eoliană și BESS;Cunoștințe solide ale tehnologiilor de energie regenerabilă, inclusiv invertoare, turbine, sisteme de gestionare a bateriilor și sisteme SCADA (wind, solar, EMS, BMS);Competență în analiza și raportarea datelor folosind instrumente precum Excel, PowerPoint;Competență în analiza și raportarea datelor financiare – buget, costuri;Abilități pentru identificarea problemelor tehnice complexe și implementarea unor acțiuni corective eficiente;Abilități excelente de comunicare, management de proiect și organizare, cu capacitatea de a gestiona mai multe părți interesate și de a lucra într-un mediu dinamic;Atenție la detalii, capacitate de organizare și prioritizare;Inițiativă și atitudine pozitivă;Flexibilitate, discreție și loialitate;Experiența într-o poziție similară reprezintă un avantaj.Responsabilități:Monitorizează și analizează performanța centralelor din portofoliul companiei;Monitorizează zilnic performanța activelor utilizând SCADA și alte platforme de monitorizare;Analizează datele pentru a identifica abaterile de la performanța așteptată – disponibilitate, Performance Ratio, State of Health;Analizează incidentele și propune îmbunătățiri pentru contractorul de O&M;Întocmește rapoartele periodice către conducerea executivă (producție, disponibilitate, analize de cost, rapoarte service etc.);Urmărește îndeplinirea obligațiilor contractuale ale partenerilor;Negociază contractele cu furnizorii terți de servicii și echipamente pentru buna funcționare a activelor companiei;Efectuează vizite regulate la fața locului pentru a verifica starea generală a instalațiilor și a măsurilor de întreținere;Planifică și coordonează lucrările majore de intervenție împreună cu contractorul, în vederea limitării pierderilor;Elaborează și urmărește aplicarea măsurilor de maximizare a cifrelor de disponibilitate și producție;Elaborează și urmărește aplicarea măsurilor de minimizare a costurilor de producție pe MW produs;Elaborează și urmărește aplicarea măsurilor de minimizare a costurilor intervențiilor;Este persoana de legătură cu autoritățile locale, proprietarii de terenuri, serviciile de urgență;Avizează și veghează la respectarea procedurilor și normelor de securitate a muncii de către subcontractori;Păstrează o legătură permanentă cu echipa de prognoză pentru planificarea lucrărilor de mentenanță programată;Colaborează cu departamentul de tranzacționare energie.Beneficii:Un mediu dinamic, alături de o echipă tânără în care se poate dezvolta;Posibilitate de avansare în carieră;Salariu atractiv;Tichete de masă;Asigurare privată de sănătate.
