Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Support Specialist based in Constanţa. The Technical Support Specialist will handle customer inquiries, provide troubleshooting assistance, and ensure customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include resolving technical issues, performing system updates, and providing support to customers in a timely and professional manner. This role involves working closely with both the technical team and the customers to deliver exceptional service and support.

- Experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
