Pentru clientul nostru, player de top in industria automotive, recrutam o persoana care sa ocupe pozitia de HR Specialist.

RESPONSABILITATI

· 
    Administrarea dosarelor de personal: intocmirea tuturor actelor de angajare, modificari salariale/ de functie/ de norma/ de atributii etc, notificari/decizii incetare ctr de munca etc

·      Intocmirea tuturor actelor de lichidare;

·      Emiterea oricaror adeverinte solicitate de angajati;

·    Operarea tuturor modificarilor legate de contractele individuale de munca in programul de salarizare;

·      Urmarirea contractelor individuale de munca pe perioada determinate;

·      Urmarirea expirarii perioadelor de proba pentru contractele individuale pe perioada nedeterminata (manual)

·      Calcul salarial pentru a da informatii legate de avans / lichidare angajatilor;

·      Crearea de fise de post, atunci cand se infiinteaza posturi noi;

·      Componenta conturi contabile: popriri si pensii alimentare;

·      Procedura evaluarii angajatilor;

·      Procedura alegerii reprezentantilor salariatilor;

·      Intocmirea CCM impreuna cu avocatul societatii si depunerea acestuia la ITM

·     Intocmirea Regulamentului Intern si a actelor aditionale la acesta impreuna cu avocatul societatii si instiintarea tuturor angajatilor asupra modificarilor / actualizarilor etc

·      Declaratii lunare ale contractelor de munca cu timp partial;
