Omniperform Agency is the digital communication and media innovation agency that helps brands become more relevant and effective by tailoring messages to each audience segment across every touchpoint.

We aim to innovate using our technology to match our brands' campaigns with their customers' needs by adapting the right message throughout the entire communication process.

Our goal is to continuously innovate through our proprietary technology—ensuring that every campaign dynamically adapts to consumer needs, context, and behavior throughout the entire communication journey.

You will:

  • Develop campaigns, strategies, yearly flowcharts.
  • Work with digital media channels such as Google Ads, Youtube, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and Programmatic Display to achieve the marketing objectives across the entire consumer funnel;
  • Assist the social media and creative teams in choosing the best media for their initiatives across their platforms;
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital media channels;
  • Learn to automate optimization, implementation, and reporting of digital media campaigns;
  • Gather information on the latest digital media trends and design technology available.

Job requirements:

  • at least 2 years of experience;
  • Media implementation and development of PPC campaigns; campaign management; tracking setup;
  • Working with platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Programmatic technologies;
  • Working with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4 basics preferred), Adobe Analytics, and Matomo;
  • Managing media campaigns and having above-average SEO, CRO, PPC, and performance marketing knowledge.
  • A clear understanding of tracking for digital campaigns (pixel-based, other technologies).

  • mandatory Romanian native and the possibility to be present in the office for 2-3 days/week;
  • understanding and usage of AI in delivering daily tasks.

Mandatory: Google Certifications and Facebook Blueprint, experience with Data Studio, Tag Manager, and A/B testing.
