Commercial Strategy Lead

- Vei proiecta și implementa strategii comerciale bazate pe date, pentru a susține creșterea veniturilor, extinderea cotei de piață și retenția clienților B2B, cu focus pe ICT & IoT.
- Vei analiza constant performanța comercială și tendințele pieței, identificând oportunități și zone de îmbunătățire pentru produse, prețuri și distribuție.
- Vei conduce inițiative strategice, de la optimizarea canalelor de vânzare, la rafinarea modelelor comerciale și a propunerilor de preț.
- Vei colabora interfuncțional cu echipele de Vânzări, Marketing, Finance, Produs și Operațiuni, pentru a asigura alinierea și execuția strategică.
- Vei dezvolta business cases, previziuni și modele financiare pentru inițiative comerciale noi sau investiții strategice.
- Vei monitoriza KPI-urile și vei crea dashboard-uri pentru urmărirea performanței programelor strategice.
- Vei contribui la procesele de planificare strategică și bugetare, raportând pe produse, venituri, portabilitate, marjă, bad debt, subsidii și bugete de comisionare.
- Vei acționa ca partener de business pentru managementul senior, oferind perspective și recomandări bazate pe analize de piață și performanță.
- Vei asigura o colaborare eficientă cu toate părțile implicate (vânzări, management de produs, IT, etc.) pentru implementarea cu succes a inițiativelor comerciale și de marketing.
- Vei contribui la dezvoltarea și implementarea planului comercial și de marketing pentru segmentele de clienți business.
- Ai diplomă de licență în Business, Economie, Finanțe, Marketing sau domenii similare.
- Ai între 3 și 6 ani experiență în strategie, planificare comercială, analiză de afaceri sau consultanță, ideal în telecom sau tehnologie.
- Înțelegi foarte bine modelele comerciale B2B, canalele de vânzări și strategiile de intrare pe piață.
- Ai abilități excelente de analiză și modelare financiară, te descurci cu Excel și instrumente de vizualizare a datelor.
- Ai experiență în gestionarea proiectelor interfuncționale și poți influența decizii la mai multe niveluri.
- Gândești strategic, ai abilități de rezolvare a problemelor și comunici clar, atât în scris cât și verbal, inclusiv în limba engleză.
- Îți place să lucrezi într-un mediu dinamic, rapid și cu autonomie.
- Ai condus cu succes proiecte complexe interdepartamentale și ai cunoștințe solide în zona de ICT & IoT.
