Job Purpose
You will be the Subject Matter Expert of CBD related iOps processes and tools, and responsible for driving and executing digital transformation initiatives with the CBD organization. You will collaborate closely with CD Team and Integrated Operations, leading efforts to leverage interconnections between the functions, enhance and optimize business planning and executional /operational activities End-to-End, which drives efficiency and revenue growth. The key technologies include TPM and Sonar, but you also need to understand how FEU and SAP are interconnected with these CD tools.

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be
As a key driver of digital transformation within the Commercial Business Development (CBD) team, you will:

  • Lead and optimize digital initiatives that enhance sales processes and operational efficiency across CBD and Customer Operations (CO).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align technology roadmaps, change management, and communications with business priorities.
  • Champion continuous improvement, leading market project teams and representing local needs in global initiatives.
  • Drive data-informed decisions by implementing and monitoring KPIs, supporting performance reviews, and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Support change management and training, ensuring smooth adoption of digital tools and best practices across the field teams.
  • Act as a strategic partner, working closely with the Head of CD and iOps Centre of Excellence to prioritize feedback, training, and compliance.
  • Influence stakeholders through compelling storytelling and clear communication to gain alignment and drive impact.
  • Think creatively, bringing innovative solutions to complex challenges in a dynamic environment.

What You Need To Succeed
Experiences & Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales operations, sales management, or related roles to be able to support efficiency of all roles / parties.
  • Strong understanding of (or at least strong interest in) digital technologies, automation, analytics tools, desire to learn about different data driven systems and how they function together.
  • Advanced financial knowledge, P&L understanding, budget management.
  • Knowledge of using SAP, MS Office, Power BI, AATP

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work effectively in both independent and diverse multi-task team environment.
  • Programme / project management experience.
  • Experience in working with teams and across a diverse mixture of cultures.
  • Strong English language skills written and spoken
