We are looking for a Project Manager - The Electric Power Sector

Primary responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of projects from inception through completion.
• Responsible for the cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance of the assigned project(s).
• Establish landmarks and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and partners in a timely and clear fashion.
• Provide regular updates to team, management, and PMO on work performed, plans, budget, and overall status.
• Identify project problems and obtain solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.
• Manage customer expectations across project cycle and lead single and multi-product medium voltage solutions projects
• Direct diagnostics with the ability to determine root cause and corrective actions.

Preferred skills:

• Project Manager with over 5 years of practical experience in coordinating and implementing projects in the energy sector.
• Specialized in carrying out projects for the modernization of medium and high voltage electrical substations.
• Proven skills in planning activities and monitoring execution deadlines.
• Solid technical knowledge regarding secondary circuits in substations and their interface with main systems.
• Expertise in integrating and configuring SCADA systems for monitoring and controlling electrical installations.
• Advanced skills in analyzing and implementing protection and automation schemes for electrical substations.
• Experience in collaborating with equipment suppliers, subcontractors, and local authorities.
• Ability to assess technical risks and implement preventive solutions.
• Results-oriented approach, with a focus on adhering to budgets and deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with beneficiaries and project partners.
• Efficient organization and simultaneous management of multiple critical activities. Experience in coordinating the commissioning and testing phases of equipment.
• Familiar with safety and energy security requirements.
• Solid knowledge of IEC standards and technical regulations applicable to the energy sector.
• Experience in reporting project progress to management and contracting authorities. Ability to make quick decisions in critical situations.
• Innovation-oriented and focused on implementing modern technological solutions. Professionalism, integrity, and commitment to achieving the organization's objectives.
