We're looking for
Junior Operations Specialist (Marketing)

Job location:
Bucharest, Romania (3 times a week in the Bucharest office)

Responsibility:

  • Vendor management, creating POs (Purchase Orders), handling COPA, and coordinating with the legal department.
  • Support Brand Managers and organize contract and financial aspects within the marketing area (relieve Brand Managers from administrative workload).
  • During the cooperation, there is potential for ownership of small brand marketing projects as part of additional activities.

Requirements:

  • First experience in a corporate environment is highly desired.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Administration, Business, Marketing, or related field. If you are still studying and can work full-time, feel free to apply.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision.
  • Well-organized, accurate, and punctual.
  • Fluency in English and good command of Romanian.
  • Nice to have: eagerness to learn about the marketing field.
