We are currently seeking a creative
Junior Marketing Operations Specialist (Project Management)
to join our talented team Here, you will find the perfect environment to thrive, excel, and contribute to reshaping the financial landscape.

Location
: Bucharest, Romania (on-site).

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal activity across marketing sub-departments (content, design, social, partnerships, etc.).
• Interface with other departments (product, compliance, etc.) to gather, structure, and track requests.
• Manage workflows and deadlines in project management tools.
• Support the marketing leadership with project tracking, updates, and reporting..
• Contribute to improving how we manage and deliver marketing projects.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in a marketing-related or project coordination role.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday, or similar).
• Strong English skills (written and spoken).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and keep work structured.

Nice to have:

• Experience in a fast-paced environment (agency, startup, or marketing team).
• Knowledge of reporting basics (Excel, Google Sheets, or similar).
• Interest in growing into a full marketing or project management career path.
• Previous exposure to cross-department communication.
