Digital & Marketing Project Partner
care să ne sprijine în consolidarea prezenței digitale și în conectarea cu comunitatea de susținători și sponsori.

Succesul în acest rol înseamnă să reușim, împreună, să spunem povești autentice despre copii și adolescenți vulnerabili, să creăm campanii digitale eficiente și să construim o imagine coerentă și inspirațională pentru ONG.


Cum arată ziua ta alături de noi

  • Dezvoltarea și implementarea unui plan de content pentru canalele digitale (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Crearea de povești și postări despre cine suntem, ce facem și cum pot companiile, oamenii să contribuie
  • Lansarea și gestionarea de campanii digitale de sponsorizări, donații (ex. campania 3,5%, donații recurente, apeluri la sprijin punctual)
  • Redactarea și editarea de prezentări oficiale pentru parteneri și donatori
  • Menținerea unei prezențe constante și coerente pe canalele digitale


Ce te recomandă

  • Bucuria de a comunica clar și autentic – ai abilități bune de
    comunicare verbală, copywriting și storytelling, creativitate și atenție la detalii în crearea de conținut digital
  • Organizare și cunoștințe de bază social media tools & analytics (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager – avantaj) cunoștințe de bază editare foto/video (Canva, Adobe,CapCut, etc)
  • 1-2 ani experiență activă în digital marketing / social media / content, experiență în gestionarea campaniilor și calendarelor de conținut
  • Menținerea unei prezențe constante și coerente pe canalele digitale
  • Nice to have
    : cunoașterea domeniului ONG/fundații copii & educație.

Asociația Valori de Bine
este un ONG dedicat copiilor și adolescenților vulnerabili, sprijinim copii orfani, în plasament sau crescuți de bunici prin educație (meditații, mentorat), sănătate și experiențe educaționale. Credem că fiecare copil merită șansa de a învăța, de a se dezvolta și de a visa la un viitor mai bun, indiferent de locul în care s-a născut sau de mediul în care crește.

Ce oferim?

  • O colaborare flexibilă (8–10 ore/săptămână), pe o perioadă de 3–6 luni, cu posibilitate de prelungire
  • Posibilitatea de a lucra remote și de a-ți organiza timpul în mod liber
  • O experiență de viață cu impact real
    ,
    unde fiecare idee și fiecare postare se transformă în șanse pentru copii
  • Ocazia de a lăsa o amprentă personală în povestea unui ONG aflat la început de drum și de a contribui la creșterea lui
  • Contract de voluntariat, cu recunoașterea implicării tale
  • Colaborarea poate fi plătită, însă suntem deschiși și către parteneriate pro bono, dacă simți că poți contribui la nevoile copiilor pe care îi sprijinim.
