We welcome talent that will constantly push the boundaries for newer and better ways of doing things. The global project manager is a pivotal role in helping Genpact take growth to the next level through global marketing planning and execution designed to drive results.

In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, management and execution of multi-channel marketing activities and campaigns. You must possess strong marketing, communications and program management skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with peers across the marketing function and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common growth ambitions.

Responsibilities

• Project planning
• Develop and manage the project plan, align processes in collaboration with project lead.
• Drive rigor and cadence by collaborating across the marketing, business and growth ecosystem to meet the program deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery.
• Make recommendations on the project plan based on best practices and performance.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success.

• Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance and support to team members.

• Project operations

• Drive contact data management by maintaining and updating the contact database across our chosen audiences.
• Assist in the management of finance provisions (budget management, forecasting, invoice payment, etc) and sourcing initiation across assigned projects.

• Work with central marketing automation teams to build and set up campaign architecture in the CRM and marketing automation platform for integrated system and delivery where applicable.

• Project and Campaign activation

• Work with the channel owners (outbound, paid media, web, social, events, telenurture, PR, etc.) to activate cross-channel projects and campaigns .
• Submitting project requests within the project scope.
• Event management support including setting success metrics, managing pre and post event comms, data upload, managing Inside Sales appointment setting campaigns, event logistics, content etc.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.

• Reporting, Communication and Stakeholder management

• Serve as the single point of contact for managing updates, addressing inquiries, and obtaining approvals.
• Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
• Track and report project performance in collaboration with central teams and project lead (i.e. Marketing Automation, Workfront, WDA).

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
• Ability to use creative thinking to identify and solve problems
• Excellent speed to outcome. Strong project management and planning skillset.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change, to effectively influence and motivate others
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively between different teams (content, creative, procurement, sourcing etc.) and personality types
• Flexibility in attitude and behavior

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Years' marketing experience, with a passion for B2B
• Proficiency in providing project management support for platform integrations
• Experience activating multi-channel marketing campaigns including Events, Outbound, Telenurture, Digital Media, Social, etc.
