Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.andnbsp;
  • 5+ years of experience leading hardware development in the automotive sector.andnbsp;
  • Deep knowledge of circuit design, PCB layout, power electronics, and automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay).andnbsp;
  • Familiarity with ISO 26262, functional safety, and hardware validation practices.andnbsp;
  • Proficient in tools such as Altium, Cadence, or similar.andnbsp;
  • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.andnbsp;
  • Experience with EVs or ADAS is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead hardware development projects from concept through production, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Oversee the design, integration, and validation of hardware components in compliance with ISO 26262, ASPICE, and other automotive standards.
  • Manage and mentor a cross-functional engineering team, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, support certification processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams, as well as external suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies relevant to automotive hardware systems.
