How You'll Make an Impact :

• Coordinate a team of up to 20 people, divided into shifts of 4.
• Ensure work is organized in a continuous system (24/7), including handling unexpected situations.
• Provide support, training, and motivation to the team.
• Assign clear tasks and verify their completion.
• Make quick and accurate decisions when technical incidents occur.
• Organize and coordinate teams in the autoclave and oil section.
• Monitor and control continuous industrial processes.
• Ensure work quality by following technical standards and internal procedures.
• Manage unexpected situations during day and night shifts.
• Supervise and improve oil storage and management systems.
• Perform technical quality control during overhauls and repairs.
• Implement modern technologies and optimization methods.
• Support the team through training and motivation.

What We're Looking For :

• Graduate of the Faculty of Petroleum and Gas Engineering or similar technical higher education.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the energy, oil, or gas sector.
• Advantage: experience in design within the oil and petroleum field.
• Advanced PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• AutoCAD knowledge for interpreting and creating technical documentation.
• Experience in continuous industrial processes (autoclaves, oil treatment).
• Ability to apply new technologies and modern working methods in production.
• Capability to perform technical quality control during overhauls or repairs.
• Aptitude for improving oil storage and management systems (tanks, equipment, installations).
• Involvement in maintaining and improving equipment (tanks, valves, pipelines).
• Meticulous, responsible, and detail-oriented (essential for oil processes and pressure equipment).
• Dynamic and open-minded, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Honest, punctual, reliable, and capable of managing resources efficiently.
• Stress-resistant and calm in emergency situations.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changes.
