The Service Team Leader role at Retrasib involves coordinating the team of technicians in the Service Department, whose mission is to maintain, repair, and technically inspect transformers, as well as to respond quickly in case of issues.

Main Responsibilities:

• Organizing and planning the service team's activities.

• Assigning and checking tasks, ensuring quality and safety of the work.

• Supervising and participating in transformer maintenance and repair work.

• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Providing feedback and support for the professional development of the team.

• Responding promptly and making the right decisions in unforeseen situations.

• Representing the company professionally in client interactions.

• Graduate of a technical university (preferably in electrical engineering, electrotechnics, energy, or mechanical fields).

• Minimum 5 years of experience in transformers, energy equipment, or mechanical repair industries.

• At least 2 years of prior experience in team coordination.

• Strong knowledge of transformers and related equipment.

• Experience in electrical troubleshooting and repairs.

• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation (technical drawing is mandatory).

• Intermediate English skills (for communication with the international group).

• Proficiency in using PC tools: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

• Willingness to travel to client sites or work in the field.

• Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental protection standards.
