About the Role

We seek a Head of Medical to lead the healthcare division, ensuring successful solution deployments, client onboarding, and post-implementation support. This role is responsible for driving business growth, client satisfaction, and operational excellence, aligning the healthcare division with the companys strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of healthcare solution implementations and post-implementation support
  • Develop and refine operational processes to optimize efficiency and scalability
  • Ensure alignment between sales, product, and technical teams to meet client expectations
  • Manage client relationships, acting as a key contact for major escalations and service enhancements
  • Contribute to business strategy, budget planning, and resource allocation to drive division growth
  • Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, regulations, and compliance requirements to maintain a competitive edge
  • Build and lead a high-performing team through training, recruitment, and professional development initiatives

Required Skillset

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology, medical software, or healthcare operations
  • Strong expertise in healthcare IT solutions, hospital management systems, and regulatory compliance
  • Proven experience in team leadership, operational management, and strategic planning
  • Ability to develop and execute business strategies while ensuring service excellence
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • P&L management experience and ability to optimize operational costs
