Sales Operations Manager
based in
Bucharest (hybrid format)
.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an international organization and play a key role in optimizing sales processes, consolidating data, and supporting business growth across EMEA and global teams.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the
    EMEA Direct Sales
    organization with pipeline management, forecasting cadence, and performance tracking.
  • Consolidate global sales pipeline data and ensure alignment across all regions (EMEA, APAC, North America, LATAM).
  • Collaborate closely with
    Sales, Finance, and Analytics
    teams to deliver accurate reporting and actionable insights.
  • Support the transition between CRM systems (Salesforce → Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Identify opportunities to automate and improve operational processes.


Ideal Profile:

  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in
    Sales Operations
    ,
    Business Operations
    , or
    Revenue Operations
    .
  • Background in the
    IT / software / technology
    industry is a strong plus.
  • Advanced
    Excel
    skills; hands-on experience with
    CRM tools
    (Salesforce, MS Dynamics).
  • Excellent command of
    English
    and strong communication skills.
  • Independent, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a
    matrixed, global environment
    .
