Your Team and focus:

Sales Operations seeks an experienced Renewals Sales Ops Analyst to work as part of an international team, providing operational and financial reporting guidance and support to the Sales & Operations organization;

Your Impact:

The Renewal Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for assisting in the renewal forecasting and business planning process, driving go-to-market execution, and accelerating usage of new technologies, techniques, & processes to better the organization. An ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of being resourceful, a self-starter, and have a passion for innovation and change.

The Sales Operations group is relied on by the PTC Sales organization as a first line of contact for guidance, analytics, and overall MOR support. Our overall objective as part of the organization is to increase sales productivity, accelerate deal velocity, and enable our sales team to continue providing value to our customers.

Your role will be highly visible within the company, with regular leadership team exposure and collaboration; you will partner with EMEAI Sales & Ops Leadership Team , providing proactive and operational advice to accelerate the business

Your Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

  • Weekly renewal forecast reporting, analysis, and insights.
  • Partner with EMEAI Sales & Ops Leadership to deliver useful insights on performance which guides and informs future decision making.
  • Assist in the quarter-close process.
  • Track deals to provide visibility for others in the organization (Order Management, Finance, Segments) of forecasted results.
  • Engage and work with Global Operations teams and segments to more effectively achieve data needs and analysis results.
  • Participate in Inspection and Data Cleanup in SFDC, to ensure accuracy for other reporting functions.
  • Work across a wide group of stakeholders to ensure timely , high quality and consistent completion of business management activities.
  • Maintain a strong and collaborative relationship with cross-functional teams.
  • Serve as a strong advocate of the new/enhanced processes or solutions; become a trustful partner who supports Sales Ops management on internal processes navigation and best practices.
  • Compile information from various sources and functions into insights that lead to solutions recommendation.
  • Produce regular and ad hoc business analytics for Sales Management / Sales Operations Management to ensure overall sales health.

Required Skills:

  • Analytically minded individual with demonstrated excellence (professional or academic) presenting qualitative and quantitative analysis in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong business communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to effectively deal with and work through ambiguity.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning.
  • Bring curiosity, take risks, be willing to embrace change and have fun while working;

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience working at a high growth software company
  • Experience using for sales reporting and analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience with Qlik, Clari, and Oracle Analytics preferred.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant working experience
