, we're looking for a motivated
BI Consultant
to join our Romanian subsidiary in Bucharest. In this role, you'll contribute to
international banking projects
, collaborate with major banks worldwide, and broaden your professional expertise in a dynamic environment.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience, ideally with exposure to
    one IT solution used by Banks for ALM and/or FTP
    (a strong plus).
  • Solid knowledge of
    Oracle SQL & PL/SQL
    , including writing medium/complex queries, stored procedures, and data analysis.
  • Good understanding of
    finance and risk concepts
    in the banking sector, with the ability to translate them into ALM and/or FTP reports.
  • Strong
    attention to detail
    in data processing, validation, and quality checks.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow into a
    well-rounded BI Consultant
    contributing to Finance and/or Risk projects.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented
    , and a collaborative team player across both IT and business functions.
  • Good command of
    English
    (spoken and written) to work in international teams.
  • University degree
    (Economics, Finance–Banks preferred) or currently pursuing a Master's degree (in Finance-Banks).

What You'll Do

  • Gather and translate
    client requirements
    into functional solutions.
  • Identify
    key performance indicators (KPIs),
    metrics, and business processes.
  • Evaluate existing profitability/risk solutions/reports to better understand the business requirements.
  • Design and implement
    OFSAA setups
    and
    OAS reports
    tailored to business needs.
  • Conduct
    testing, validation, and performance monitoring
    to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Create documentation, deliver training, and support end-users.
  • Provide
    post-deployment support
    and contribute to system evolution.
