  • Abilitati organizatorice
    – gestionezi timpul si sarcinile cu eficienta.
  • Dorinta de invatare
    – deschis(a) la dezvoltare continua si adaptabil(a) la schimbari.
  • Orientare spre solutii
    – abordezi provocarile cu o mentalitate pozitiva.
  • Comunicare & relationare
    – creezi conexiuni autentice si transmiti clar mesajele.
  • Discretie & responsabilitate
    – tratezi cu profesionalism informatiile confidentiale.

Hard skills necesare:

  • Minimum 2 ani experienta in HR,
    cu focus pe recrutare si onboarding (experienta in alte arii de HR reprezinta un avantaj).
  • Familiaritate cu
    platformele de recrutare
    (LinkedIn, BestJobs, eJobs).
  • Competente IT
    : Microsoft Office, Google Suite sau alte platforme online.
  • Limba engleza
    – nivel mediu/avansat.
  • Experienta cu
    soft-uri de HR
    (ex: Lattice) – constituie un avantaj.
  • Interes si intelegere a industriei de
    turism
    – te va ajuta sa intelegi mai bine rolurile pentru care vei recruta.
  • Cunostinte de geografie si cultura generala

Ce vei face in rolul de HR Specialist:

  • Te vei implica in procesul de
    recrutare si selectie
    pentru diverse roluri din companie.
  • Vei asigura o
    experienta pozitiva
    pentru candidati si o integrare usoara a noilor colegi.
  • Vei sprijini echipa de HR in
    gestionarea documentelor de personal
    (fise de post, acte aditionale, SSM, fise de medicina muncii etc.).
  • Vei mentine actualizate
    bazele de date
    si rapoartele si softurile de HR.
  • Vei ajuta la coordonarea initiativelor de
    employer branding si engagement.
  • Vei contribui la
    organizarea programelor de training si dezvoltare
    pentru angajati.
  • Vei fi implicat in organizarea
    evenimentelor interne
    pentru echipa.
