Responsabilități principale:


• Stabileste modul de lucru al echipei si planificarea activitatii de suport tehnic si mentenanta pentru membrii acesteia.


• Asigura fluxul de informatii de la si catre echipa de Customer Support si monitorizeaza cererile de suport adresate de catre clienti.


• Raporteaza periodic, catre Directorul Operational, stadiul de rezolvare a cererilor de suport si a riscurilor identificate privind indeplinirea activitatilor planificatee


• Intocmeste rapoarte aferente etapelor de implementare: raport de analiza, raport de instalare și configurare, raport de testare


• Se preocupa in permanenta de dezvoltarea cunostiintelor si capabilitatilor personale si profesionale


• Stabileste obiectivele echipei si monitorizeaza continuu realizarea acestora de catre membrii echipei.

Cerințe:


• Studii superioare în domeniul Economic, Fiscal sau IT ;


• Experienta in managementul echipei (minim 3 ani);


• Minimum 3 ani experiență solidă cu Microsoft SQL Server;


• Ideal: experienta in administratia publica;


• Familiarizare cu instrumente de ticketing și monitorizare (JIRA, CRM);


• Tehnici de comunicare si negociere non financiara


• Capacitate de prioritizare solicitarilor, in functie de urgenta si importanta pentru client Mod de lucru orientat spre obiective și afinitate ridicată cu IT


• Abilități excelente de organizare, comunicare și leadership;


• Abilitati de monitorizare si decizie;
