Product Owner

We're looking for a product-minded problem solver who thrives in fast-moving environments. In this role, your ability to prioritize, lead, and make sound decisions will directly shape the success of our projects. You'll be trusted to work autonomously on most initiatives, collaborating with the team and seeking input only when tackling particularly complex challenges.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and the development team to define product scope and priorities
• Get answers for the team to clarify details as they are developing the applications
• Lead the planning product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing user needs with business goals
• Write clear user stories with defined acceptance criteria
• Lead sprint planning and grooming sessions
• Manage dependencies in and across sprints and releases
• Keep stakeholders apprised of progress and incorporate their feedback into future iterations.

Skill Requirements:

• +2 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
• Basic technical knowledge of software development and web applications (you don't need to code but should understand development processes)
• Knowledge of Agile process and principles
• Effective project planning, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to use data and analytics to track product performance and identify areas for improvement
• Comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to details

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with rapid prototyping or experimentation, including AI tools
• Startup experience (as a founder or early employee)
