The Role
We're looking for a dynamic and result-driven
Partner Account Manager, based in Romania
to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding and managing the partner network of our consignment business. You'll work closely with key partners, build strong relationships, and collaborate internally with marketing, business, and operations teams to ensure mutual success. You'll report directly to the Senior Director of Business Development. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development, relationship-building and closing deals, and is a masterful communicator who is passionate about our mission to inspire consumers to think secondhand first.
What You'll Do
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new consignment partners and affiliates in alignment with the company's growth strategy.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective partners.
- Lead partner presentations, negotiations, and business reviews, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, IT, and operations to develop and execute partnership strategies.
- Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all partner-related inquiries, communications, and escalations.
- Track KPIs and provide regular reporting and insights to leadership.
What You'll Need
- 3 years of experience in account management, sales, business development, or a related role - preferably in e-commerce, retail, or fashion.
- Proven success in managing and expanding B2B partnerships.
- Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Confident presenter with experience delivering pitches and reports to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in Romanian and English (other languages considered as an advantage).
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the second-hand or fashion industry.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and partnership tracking platforms.
