Your mission

You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations of our retail business in Romania – covering sales, operations, logistics, marketing, HR, IT, customer experience, and e-commerce after-sales – while driving the achievement of seasonal and annual business goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and integrate cross-functional teams - sales, operations, and supporting functions to achieve the country's seasonal/annual business plans.
  • Oversee retail turnover, gross margin, and cost-to-sales ratio.
  • Supervise logistics, warehouse, replenishment, and omnichannel operations.
  • Align marketing & sales activities to boost traffic and strengthen customer loyalty.
  • Set seasonal, monthly, and weekly targets for all functions and track execution through structured reporting.
  • Organize cross-functional meetings, action plans, and initiatives to close performance gaps.
  • Drive HR initiatives to secure talent, improve onboarding, and reduce staff turnover.
  • Guarantee IT support for business-critical operations.
  • Build strong, collaborative, and respectful working relationships across all functions.
  • Foster a positive, high-performance culture at both HQ and store level, aligned with Group values.
  • Maintain high operational standards in retail and HQ.
  • Execute the Global and EE Cluster strategy at a country level

What we expect from you

  • Proven experience in retail operations, sales, or business management at a senior level.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and integrate cross-functional teams.
  • Track record in achieving commercial KPIs (turnover, gross margin, cost control).
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with hands-on execution capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, able to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Strong communication and influencing abilities – clear, persuasive, and inspiring.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English
