recruteaza un Country Manager pentru un jucator important pe piata auto din Romania, cu o traditie de peste doua decenii in domeniu, activand ca dealer autorizat pentru branduri internationale de top. Compania deserveste atat clienti persoane fizice, cat si parteneri corporate, printr-o retea extinsa de showroom-uri si service-uri moderne, oferind servicii complete: vanzare de autovehicule noi si rulate, finantare, asigurari si post-vanzare.

Responsibilititati

  • Coordonarea tuturor activitatilor companiei la nivel national, asigurand cresterea profitabilitatii si consolidarea pozitiei pe piata auto
  • Management complet P&L si responsabilitate asupra bugetelor, procedurilor si indicatorilor de performanta
  • Dezvoltarea si implementarea strategiilor comerciale si operationale, cu accent pe digitalizare si optimizare a proceselor
  • Managementul retelei de vanzari auto si coordonarea activitatilor de service si post-vanzare
  • Mentinerea si dezvoltarea relatiilor comerciale cu importatorii si partenerii strategici
  • Promovarea inovatiei, a digitalizarii si a transformarilor organizationale sustenabile
  • Consolidarea echipei de management si motivarea angajatilor pentru a atinge obiectivele organizationale
  • Identificarea punctelor slabe, elaborarea si implementarea strategiilor de imbunatatire
  • Asigurarea conformitatii operationale si respectarea standardelor de calitate

Profil:

Candidatul ideal are un background solid in industria auto, experienta de leadership si coordonare a echipelor mari, abilitati de implementare a procedurilor si orientare spre digitalizare, fiind un profesionist adaptabil, energic si capabil sa ia decizii rapide, cu potential de a consolida relatiile de business si de a sustine cresterea companiei.

  • Studii superioare finalizate – preferabil in domeniul economic, tehnic sau administrarea afacerilor
  • MBA sau programe executive (avantaj)
  • Cursuri de leadership, management strategic, vanzari auto, management operational (avantaj)
  • Minimum 5 ani intr-un rol de conducere la nivel de Importator/Dealer auto (dimensiune business >30 mil EUR si minim 100 angajati)

Experienta dovedita in:

  • Managementul unei retele de vanzari auto
  • Coordonarea activitatii de service si post-vanzare
  • Relatii cu importatori si parteneri internationali
  • Expertiza in management P&L, strategii comerciale si operationale
  • Experienta in managementul schimbarii (restructurari, digitalizare, schimbari culturale/organizationale)
  • Experienta in digitalizare si utilizarea sistemelor ERP, CRM auto, platforme DMS
  • Viziune strategica si gandire antreprenoriala
  • Leadership puternic, capacitatea de a motiva si dezvolta echipe performante
  • Abilitati excelente de negociere si relationare la nivel inalt
  • Orientare spre rezultate si decizii asumate "on the spot"
  • Atentie la detalii operationale si abilitatea de a implementa proceduri
  • Rezilienta in fata schimbarii si abilitati avansate de management al rezistentei interne
  • Cunostinte solide despre piata auto din Romania, comportamentul consumatorului si fluxurile de service si logistica auto
  • Limba engleza
