Your Impact
As an Account Manager at Cisco, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and advancing Cisco's market presence across
Romania's Commercial Sector
, while contributing to broader
EMEA
initiatives. You will lead key sales efforts and cross-functional teams, aligning with MEA-TRC and EMEA strategies to achieve and exceed targets. Your role involves developing strong relationships with senior customer leaders, implementing Cisco's vision through value-based selling, and adapting to evolving market trends. You will inspire collaboration, develop talent, and help shape Cisco's long-term success in Romania.
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in technology sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence C-level executives.
- Demonstrated success managing enterprise or commercial accounts.
- Deep understanding of Romania's market landscape and business environment.
- Based in Romania.
Preferred Skills
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience selling technology solutions in one or more of the following areas: Networking, Security, Collaboration, Data Center, Software, or Services.
- Knowledge of commercial verticals and market dynamics in Romania.
- Proven ability to collaborate across sales, channel, and services teams to deliver customer success.
