Workplace Management Assistant
organizat și orientat către detalii, care să ofere suport echipei de Workplace & Facility Management și să contribuie la menținerea unor servicii de top pentru clienții noștri corporate. Vei colabora îndeaproape cu Workplace Manager-ul, furnizorii și echipele interne, având un rol cheie în buna desfășurare a activităților operaționale, administrative și financiare.

Responsabilități principale

1. Suport operațional:

  • Colectează oferte pentru produse și servicii solicitate de clienți și transmite comenzile către furnizori;
  • Menține legătura cu furnizorii pentru respectarea SLA-urilor și termenelor de livrare/facturare;
  • Gestionează tichetele în aplicația FAMIS și sprijină procesul de comisionare/decomisionare a spațiilor;
  • Participă la întâlniri cu clienții, alături de Workplace Manager

2. Recrutare personal Facility Management (la cererea clienților):

  • Postează anunțuri de recrutare, selectează CV-uri și programează interviuri;
  • Asigură suport în procesul de selecție și integrare a personalului.

3. Account Management:

  • Actualizează periodic baza de date cu informații despre clienți (furnizori, contracte, contacte etc.);
  • Oferă suport colegilor din echipa de Facility Management și participă la întâlnirile interne.

4. Financiar:

  • Pregătește anexe de costuri și facturi pentru clienții din portofoliu.

Cerințe:

  • Limba română si engleză: nivel conversațional;
  • Cunoștințe de bază MS Excel;
  • Abilități excelente de comunicare și orientare către client;
  • Atenție sporită la detalii și bune abilități organizatorice;
  • Experiență minimă de 2-3 ani într-un mediu corporate.
