How you will contribute

  • Manage and grow an assigned client portfolio, proposing tailored strategies for each client while actively attracting new ones;
  • Assesses the performance of the clients within portfolio;
  • Identify and seize new business opportunities, initiate transactions, and collaborate with other business areas;
  • Prepare offers for new and existing products, involving specialized teams as needed;
  • Structure financing and non-financing transactions and coordinate the teams involved;
  • Contributes to the preparation of credit application, and monitors the approval and implementation of financing facilities;
  • Proposes the initial approval of the credit documentation for clients within the assigned portfolio;
  • Monitor loan quality, identify risks, and propose remedial actions to optimize risk/profit;
  • Oversee outstanding amounts and take appropriate actions when necessary;
  • Provides on-demand support to other front-office entities in client transactions.

What will help you be successful

  • University degree, preferably in Economics, Finance or related fields;
  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in financial-banking institutions, Large Corporate area/ Public Sector;
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written;
  • Excellent knowledge of financial products and banking market;
  • Understanding of accounting principles, financial indicators and financial analysis. LMA terms and conditions;
  • Excellent relationship, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong grasp of economic and commercial trends, as well as market dynamics;
  • Legal knowledge of state and private company legislation in Romania;
  • Strong analytical and synthesis abilities;
  • Excellent presentation skills;
  • A proactive approach in looking for ways in strengthening business relationship with clients;
  • Customer-care attitude and strong abilities to solve promptly and professionally challenges, problems and opportunities.
