Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Brand Manager to join our team In this role, you will assist in managing our portfolio of Injectable products and support the execution of brand strategies to enhance brand presence and drive growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow in the dynamic field of medical aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of brand strategies, working closely with the Group Brand Manager.
  • Assist in creating and implementing marketing plans, including social media content, online campaigns, and event planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to align to brand objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to make data-driven recommendations.
  • Participate in organizing and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a similar role (experience in the medical or aesthetics field is a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player with a passion for the beauty and medical aesthetics industry.
