Internship IT Support Analyst L2

- Experience in the support field with good skills on incident management processes/tools;
- Ability to analyze incidents and follow incident instructions (communication, messages, priority assignment, etc.);
- Good written communication skills;
- Autonomy, curiosity and rigor;
- A proactive and responsive attitude / Team spirit and a desire to constantly learn;
- Ability to analyze and summarize;
- Intermediate French and English;
- Insurance knowledge and functional case analysis skills are desirable.
- The department primarily covers the production environment: Daily monitoring of optimal service operation;
- User support: requests for information or assistance regarding the use and operation of specific applications;
- Preventing malfunctions (continuous service monitoring, developing service monitoring procedures, analyzing and tracking incidents and problems to propose optimization and improvement avenues in collaboration with project owners and project managers);
- Managing, processing, and tracking incidents until closure;
- Participating in production monitoring committees and/or project committees;
- Maintaining documentation (operating procedures, FAQs) and the application contact list up to date;
- Managing ad hoc work and tracking requests;
- Writing specific reports;
- Maintaining on-site presence within the scope of work according to established schedules and internal organization.
