We are seeking a
Change Management Expert
to drive organizational growth through positive transformation.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior leaders, and stakeholders to support impactful change initiatives. This role offers the chance to contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. You will assess the effects of transformation projects and develop tailored implementation plans while fostering effective communication and collaboration across the organization. Responsibilities

  • Assess the effects of transformation projects on culture, structure, and business processes
  • Develop detailed implementation plans customized for each involved area
  • Facilitate transparent communication regarding reasons for change and expected benefits
  • Address concerns and provide ongoing updates throughout the change process
  • Identify cultural differences and design strategies to align them
  • Promote a cohesive culture that supports collaboration during and after transformations
  • Evaluate staffing requirements and identify overlaps within employee teams
  • Create plans for relocation, retraining, or reduction when necessary
  • Deliver training programs to support employee adaptation to new technologies and procedures
  • Manage resistance by proposing and applying effective solutions
  • Monitor progress, gather employee feedback, and refine change strategies
  • Provide regular reports on progress and highlight critical issues requiring attention

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, communications, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in transformational change management or leading change initiatives
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse employee groups and senior stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of data principles for tracking engagement and adoption
  • Creative and intellectually curious mindset with resilience and a positive attitude
  • Effective multitasking and time management skills
  • Capability to manage priorities during high-pressure periods and tight deadlines
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver organizational change management
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English and presentation skills
  • Strong team orientation with excellent interpersonal abilities
