Who we are looking for

• University degree.
• 2-3 years of relevant payroll experience in a medium size or multinational company (experience in HR or accounting firm would be a significant plus);
• Exceptional commitment to client service;
• Solid statutory payroll and human resources knowledge;
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
• Computer literacy (e.g. UCMS Pay, MS Office);
• Able to work independently and take initiative;
• Technology oriented and open to innovation;
• Good project management skills;
• Ability to meet deadlines (handle stress associated with tight deadlines);
• Team worker, with very good organization and communication skills; flexible and adaptable;
• International business exposure, working in a multi-cultural environment and global organizations;
• Motivation for professional development and a genuine desire to develop skill.

Your future role

• Provide high-quality payroll services to BPS client portfolio (for employees of Romanian or international companies in Romania);
• Review the deliverables prepared by the team, calculate salaries, personal income taxes, social security, health insurance contributions; submit all required statements;
• Assist management team in advising clients on various Payroll compliance matters;
• Maintain and develop professional relationships with clients;
• Write and review payroll advices for client;
• Being actively involved in developing and delivering innovative payroll services;
• Support business leaders in identifying scope and extent of work and support team members in delivering clients' tasks.
• Share knowledge with the team and continue to learn and develop personal goals.
