Ce vei face? 

Vei gestiona un portofoliu de clienți pentru care vei presta servicii de salarizare, administrare de personal și consultanță în legislația muncii și vei realiza activități precum:

  • Întocmirea documentelor de personal și înregistrarea lor în Registrul general de evidență al salariaților (Revisal);
  • Calcularea salariilor și indemnizațiilor plătibile lunar, inclusiv indemnizațiilor pentru prestațiile de asigurări sociale (concedii medicale, de maternitate), a impozitelor și contribuțiilor datorate;
  • Întocmirea diferitelor declarații și rapoarte în conformitate cu legislația aplicabilă și cu politica clientului;
  • Actualizarea informațiilor privind angajații și salariile în sistemul software payroll & HR relevant;
  • Întocmirea de adeverințe solicitate de către angajați (venit, vechime, medic, bancă, etc.);
  • Întocmirea documenției necesare pentru rambursarea indemnizațiilor pentru concedii medicale;
  • Audit dosare de personal sau verificari calcul salarii efectuat intern de către clienți;
  • Acordarea de consultanță în spețe de legislația muncii;

Ce trebuie să știi?/ Cum trebuie să fii? 

  • Absolvent de studii superioare;
  • Diplomă de Inspector Resurse Umane și/sau diplomă de Inspector Salarizare (reprezintă un avantaj);
  • Experiența în salarizare și administrare personal reprezintă un avantaj;
  • Cunoștinte  privind legislația muncii și legislația fiscală aplicabilă în domeniul muncii;
  • Experiența în utilizarea pachetului Office (în special Excel);
  • Cunoștinte avansate de limba engleză, atât în comunicare verbală, cât și în scris;
  • Experiență în utilizarea soluțiilor software de salarizare (experiență de lucru în softurile DP Payroll, GlobalSal sau WebSal reprezintă un avantaj);
  • Abilități excelente de comunicare cu clienții;
  • Abilități foarte bune de organizare și gestionare a timpului;
