Payroll Specialist
.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and preparing employee files
  • Monthly payroll processing (medical leaves, payroll sheets, payroll tax returns)
  • Preparing several reports according to client's requirements (English/Romanian)
  • Maintaining contact with state institutions
  • Maintaining an excellent relation with our clients and advising them in various situations
  • Checking all received documents in order to have them valid and correct

Qualifications

  • The candidate should be a recent graduate of Economic studies.
  • Also, the candidate should have knowledge of the English language, a good use of MS Office (mainly Excel).
  • A high degree of confidentiality is a must in this field of expertise.
