Responsabilitati:

Vei gestiona un portofoliu de clienti pentru care vei presta servicii de salarizare, administrare de personal si consultanta in legislatia muncii si vei realiza activitati precum:

  • Intocmirea documentelor de personal si inregistrarea lor in Registrul general de evidenta al salariatilor (Revisal);
  • Calcularea salariilor si indemnizatiilor platibile lunar, inclusiv indemnizatiilor pentru prestatiile de asigurari sociale (concedii medicale, de maternitate), a impozitelor si contributiilor datorate;
  • Intocmirea diferitelor declaratii si rapoarte in conformitate cu legislatia aplicabila si cu politica clientului;
  • Actualizarea informatiilor privind angajatii si salariile in sistemul software payroll & HR relevant;
  • Intocmirea de adeverinte solicitate de catre angajati (venit, vechime, medic, banca, etc.);
  • Intocmirea documentiei necesare pentru rambursarea indemnizatiilor pentru concedii medicale;
  • Audit dosare de personal sau verificari calcul salarii efectuat intern de catre clienti;
  • Acordarea de consultanta in spete de legislatia muncii;

Cerinte:

  • Absolvent de studii superioare în domeniul juridic / economic (de preferat);
  • Diploma de Inspector Resurse Umane si/sau diploma de Inspector Salarizare (obligatoriu);
  • Minim 3 ani experienta in salarizare si administrare personal;
  • Cunostinte foarte bune privind legislatia muncii si legislatia fiscala aplicabila in domeniul muncii;
  • Experienta in utilizarea pachetului Office (in special Excel);
  • Cunostinte avansate de limba engleza, atat in comunicare verbala, cat si in scris (limbile italiana, franceza sau spaniola constituie un avantaj);
  • Experienta in utilizarea solutiilor software de salarizare. Experienta in lucrul cu DP Payroll, GlobalSal sau WebSal reprezinta un avantaj;
  • Abilitati excelente de comunicare cu clientii;
  • Abilitati foarte bune de organizare si gestionare a timpului;
