Your Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzing processes and requirements together with business divisions and representatives of regions, using process modules and real business processes, considering the system-/process landscape regarding prototypes, samples/first series and quotation processes for new products (requirements analysis/detailing, concept development, support till implementation readiness).
  • Coordination of the above-mentioned content with business representatives, creation of test scenarios for new or changed process flows.
  • Conducting integrative tests of the implemented solution together with the business representatives.
  • Providing the necessary training material and training modules for development processes and methods, including their handling in the IT tools.
  • Support for all R&D areas (processes, methods and tool handling).
  • Design of development processes to be used for new products (e.g. mechatronic systems).
  • Creation and changes of development processes and methods to adapt to new business models or new development methodologies.
  • Cross-domain process control for development processes (SE, E/E, ME, …).
  • Create and use engineering standards for process control or relevant domains and make them available for the development departments.
  • Collaboration or management of projects and sub-projects.
  • Coordination and management of external IT development partners.

Your Qualifications

  • Degree in engineering or comparable education.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in development or process management.
  • Independent and responsible work and a very high teamwork skills.
  • High ability and willingness to communicate and ability to think analytically.
  • Fluent written and spoken English skills.
  • Good knowledge S4/HANA and PTC-Thingworx.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
  • Very good MS Office skills.
