Your Key Responsibilities

• Demand Processing

• Provide global guidance and set standards for Demand Management processes.

• Train and support regional teams to ensure effective and sustainable practices.

Performance Management

• Monitor performance KPIs, identify process gaps, and coordinate improvement actions.
• Optimize inventory management and resolve supply bottlenecks in collaboration with regional and production teams.
• Oversee orderbook quality, including tracking orders and implementing corrective measures.

Team Qualification

• Develop training materials, deliver sessions, and ensure knowledge transfer across regions.

Project Management

• Lead and support projects focused on Demand Management and process optimization.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience in demand planning, supply chain, or inventory management roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with KPIs and process improvement
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across multicultural/regional teams
• Ability to lead projects and drive cross-functional initiatives
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in developing training materials and delivering training sessions
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally if required.
