Your Key Responsibilities

• Identifying risks through regular/permanent monitoring of the performance indicators of the operations network and responding promptly to deviations or discernible deviations. Ensuring operational performance by defining and initiating measures for all business divisions and regions to ensure and improve operational performance in the production plants;
• Performance assessment of operational performance and identification of potential for performance improvement in the respective areas;
• Governance to set up/establish and operate a divisional monitoring system to control and ensure the required performance in operations;
• Development of performance indicators and the associated operational reporting/dashboards, to control and ensure the performance of B&IS operations;
• Collaboration and development of proposals for defining the targets for the respective performance indicators;
• Setting up/conducting benchmarking for continuous improvement in the global operations network.

Your Qualifications

• Business studies, or comparable degree programs;
• Experience in planning and operation of distribution networks and production networks, production and sales logistics, ability to analyze volume flows and value flows, SAP modules, SAP BW, PowerBI, MS Office applications, English, SQL and MS Fabrics desirable;
• Motivational skills, ability to work in a team, self-confident appearance, ability to deal with conflicts, analytical and goal-oriented working methodology.
