How you will contribute
  • Analyze funding opportunities from European, national, or other sources, with a focus on grants and capital rebate-type programs;
  • Map the eligibility criteria of these programs within the bank's internal applications;
  • Monitor results published by national and international authorities regarding non-reimbursable funding and correlate them with the segmentation of companies in the bank's portfolio;
  • Actively participate in the structuring and offer phase for clients implementing projects with non-reimbursable funds;
  • Support the analysis/evaluation phase of risk applications from the perspective of funding program requirements;
  • Monitor the implementation of client-funded projects and carry out the necessary internal analyses throughout their execution;
  • Manage the relationship with assigned clients and internal stakeholders involved in the credit process for these projects;
  • Update IT applications dedicated to funding programs, ensuring the accuracy of the available information.
What will help you be successful
  • Bachelor's degree in economics or another field relevant to the role;
  • At least 5 years of experience in the implementation of projects financed through European and/or national non-reimbursable funds;
  • Solid knowledge of terminology and processes specific to projects funded by European and/or national programs;
  • Knowledge of the legislative framework applicable to public procurement in Romania;
  • Understanding of legal and internal regulations related to the implementation of funding programs managed within the department;
  • Excellent skills in analyzing, interpreting, and summarizing financial and technical information;
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently in managing responsibilities;
  • Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
