Monitor external contracts and services provided by suppliers to ensure that these are operating effectively and provide the best value to the company

Checks clients and providers balance, monitors the internal data entry for company`s clients and providers
aoe"
He/she is support for collection activity: send notifications, check and confirms clients balance, performs corrections if needed
aoe"
Execute payments to suppliers, taxes, reimbursements, and other types of payments
aoe"
Develops financial reports (cash-flow, PandL, forecast)
aoe"
Prepares all the required data and reports for credit documentation folders, letters of guarantee prolongations for our Banks
aoe"
Maintaining the relations with banks, suppliers, clients, authorities in cases related to the Accounting and HR activities
aoe"
Invoicing according to the agreements
aoe"
Manages accruals and prepayments
aoe"
Reconciliation of accounts with suppliers/clients
aoe"
Manages the relations with all Regulatory Authorities in case of controls (such as Auditors, ANAF, etc.)

Prepares all specific reports for programs run by the organization with EU funds, corporate funds or foundations in a timely manner
