We are looking for a new colleague to join Vehicle Team in the role of Technical Specialist, having permanent contract. Main responsibilities:
- Take outbound calls from various service units and investigate repair/maintenance requests for vehicles in service units.
- Check the costs of repairing the vehicles in the partner services, communicated by the service unit representative, and reporting them in the ALD system.
- Grant the service consent to the representative's service unit.
- Provide support documents and additional information requested by customers regarding repair refurbishment.
- Help clients in technical cases.
To be able to achieve all of this you need to know what we are looking for:
- University Degree – technical field, University of Transport would be an advantage.
- General knowledge of vehicle operation and functionality (experience with service units represent a plus).
- High level of written and verbal communication.
- Good level of MS Package.
- Committed, passionate about the job, with a good teamwork spirit and ready to help.
