Job Description
As a Learning & Development Intern, you will not only support the coordination and administration of training initiatives but also have the opportunity to deliver and facilitate selected introductory sessions such as induction programs, internal tools presentations, and basic learning modules.
Key Responsibilities
Learning Administration & Coordination
- Assist in planning, updating, and publishing the monthly soft skills training calendar, based on business priorities and employee needs.
- Track and maintain accurate training data, including participant lists, attendance, and feedback forms.
- Manage course enrollments, exam voucher requests, and communication with external vendors, in alignment with internal procurement processes.
- Maintain LinkedIn Learning and LMS user access, including setup, audience management, and reporting aligned with the organizational structure.
- Support the design of learning paths and contribute to the development of internal learning catalogs.
- Help create and roll out learning communication campaigns (emails, posts, internal announcements).
- Contribute to the coordination of special L&D projects, such as onboarding journeys, events, or knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Facilitation & Delivery
Deliver and facilitate selected introductory sessions such as:
Employee Induction / Onboarding sessions
- Internal tools presentations and usage guidelines
Basic knowledge-sharing modules (with materials prepared in advance)
Act as a point of contact for new joiners, ensuring they feel welcomed and integrated into the learning culture.
- Gather feedback from participants and propose improvements for future sessions.
Job Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Romanian is a plus).
- At least 6 months of experience in your current position at Stefanini.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, Business, Education, or related fields.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with high attention to detail.
- Confident in public speaking and comfortable engaging with groups of employees.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- A collaborative mindset, eagerness to learn, and genuine interest in L&D and talent development.
- Creativity and curiosity - open to sharing ideas and contributing to team initiatives.
- Previous internship or volunteering experience in HR, training, or communications is an advantage, but not mandatory.
