Key Responsibilities:

  • Ideation and development of learning and communication campaigns across the Group, to foster a culture of lifelong learning and to promote the strategic initiatives of our Group People function;
  • Support the creation and engagement of our communities of learners and professionals across the Group;
  • Creation of Learning content and learning templates, to ensure consistency at group level and the generation and management of meaningful and up-to-date trainings;
  • Curation of learning courses from a global, multilanguage catalogue;
  • Development of learning paths on defined skills and roles;
  • Assessment and analysis of learning needs from multiple stakeholders;
  • Management and monitoring of our learning platform and interface.

Requirements:

  • Learning and Development experience, especially in content creation and curation, and the development of (learning) campaigns for multiple stakeholders;
  • Familiarity with LMS (Docebo preferred) and learning content creation tools;
  • Communication, engagement, creativity;
  • Strong English communication (other Group languages are an asset);
  • Experience in a complex, multinational environment highly preferred.
