Learning & Development Senior Specialist

Description & Requirements
Who we are looking for

• 6-7 years of experience in Learning and Development, such as: project management, training programs design, facilitation;
• Coaching accreditation would be a plus;
• Fluent in English;
• Microsoft Office proficiency;
• Detail-oriented and highly organized;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Problem-solving and time management skills.

Your future role
As part of our L&D team, you will manage the following topics:

• Implementation of L&D projects across business areas, according to general strategy and specific business needs, in both technical and soft skills areas;
• Coordination of resources from L&D team and other areas in order to achieve successful implementation of the assigned projects;
• Implementation of soft skills programs, including facilitation when needed;
• Management of relationship with stakeholders (internal clients and external suppliers), to identify development needs and propose corresponding strategy;
• Managing the training budgets in order to implement the approved strategy;
• Managing reporting related to assigned projects and budget spending.
