OBIECTIVUL POSTULUI
Implementează şi/sau îmbunătăţeşte procesul de instruire in în vederea respectării cerinţelor GxP, asigurandu-se de realizarea planului anual de instruire conform planificarilor.
RESPONSABILITĂŢI SPECIFICE
Este responsabil de urmarirea procesului de instruire si intretinerea sistemului de documentare GMP din perspectiva asigurarii calitatii, conform procedurii de instruire in vigoare.
Contribuie la realizarea si mentinerea matricilor de training, curiculelor de training si a materialelor de instruire GMP.
Este responsonsabil de alocarea la timp in platforma e-learning a cursurilor obligatorii la nivel local sau Corporate pentru noii angajati sau angajatii care isi reiau activitatea
Gestioneaza procesul de creare si alocare cursuri in platforma e-learning in functie de solicitari (proceduri, politici, instructiuni).
Face analiza si prelucrarea rapoartelor extrase din platforma e-learning in diverse scopuri (ia masuri pentru realizarea cursurilor, alocari KPI)
Asigura suportul necesar userilor din platforma e-learning, dar si al administratorilor locali, tinand legatura cu superadministratorul global, atat pentru rezolvarea situatiilor aparute, dar si pentru alte dezvoltari sau schimbari necesare in sistem
Gestioneaza procesul de centralizare a datelor de training pentru raportarea KPI de training in diverse scopuri solicitate la nível local sau corporate.
Construieste bugetul anual de training si il supune aprobarii
Acorda support in organizarea trainingurilor: propunere continut de training conform expertizei, selectie furnizori, mentinerea relatiei cu furnizorii, organizare interna.
Colaboreaza indeaproape cu managerii pentru stabilirea grupurilor tinta participante la traininguri si gestioneaza comunicarile cu participantii.
CERINTELE POSTULUI:
- Studii:
Studii universitare finalizate cu specializare chimie, farmacie, economie, psihologie.
- Perfecţionări/specializări:
Cursuri in domeniul sistemului de management al calităţii GMP/ISO 9001);
- Experienta si cunostinte:
Cunoasterea limbii engleze la nivel mediu/avansat
Experienta cu sisteme si platforme de instruire constituie un avantaj
Experienta in domeniul industriei farmaceutice este un avantaj.
