This position offers you the unique opportunity to orchestrate the successful launch of innovative, technology-driven schools through authentic community connections rather than traditional marketing. Your mission: cultivate relationships with influential local entities (elite preschools, premier enrichment programs, parent thought leaders), develop targeted city-specific initiatives, and channel qualified prospects directly to our enrollment specialists.
This isn't your standard outreach position—it's a fully remote, technology-enhanced role where you'll leverage AI to optimize your approach, prioritize connections, and create automated follow-up systems. This efficiency allows you to concentrate on what truly matters: cultivating strategic partnerships and implementing scalable, partner-driven engagement. You'll manage the critical initial phase of market development with clear metrics connecting your efforts to enrollment outcomes.

What You Will Be Doing
- Cultivating and nurturing strategic alliances with community organizations that have influence over Alpha's target demographic.
- Providing partners with compelling content, resources, and campaign assistance to execute aligned, results-driven local initiatives.
- Securing and qualifying leads generated through partnerships, meticulously documenting relevant information in the CRM, and seamlessly transferring them to the admissions team.
- Implementing AI solutions to enhance outreach efficiency, automate follow-up sequences, monitor partner engagement, and maintain precise CRM data.
- Refining internal procedures, guides, and reference materials to incorporate the latest field insights.
What You Won't Be Doing
- Participating in theoretical planning sessions—this position demands hands-on execution and practical implementation.
- Conducting on-site visits or in-person fieldwork—all partnership development and activation is conducted remotely.
- Overseeing ongoing family communications or enrollment processes—these responsibilities belong to the admissions department.
- Depending on marketing initiatives—you are directly responsible for generating local interest and demand.
Client Partnership Manager Key Responsibilities
Generate top-funnel awareness and qualified prospect acquisition for new Alpha locations through remote-based, partner-orchestrated community outreach strategies.
Basic Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in community engagement, grassroots marketing, or relationship development roles.
- Proven ability to independently manage a complete pipeline from initial contact through follow-up to successful conversion.
- Demonstrated success working with discerning audiences (such as high-net-worth families or executive decision-makers).
- Skilled use of CRM platforms (like HubSpot) and aptitude for integrating AI tools to enhance productivity.
- Willingness to accommodate flexible scheduling for partner events or project deadlines (occasional evenings/weekends required).
- Must reside in the United States or Canada with authorization to work without visa sponsorship.

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
