Who we are looking for:

We're looking for an active and motivated Media Buyer / Partnership Manager / Referral Specialist to help grow the Romanian market. If you have strong connections in digital marketing, publishing, or advertising — and are ready to join a fast-growing global company — this opportunity is for you

This role is ideal for those who want to work flexibly and combine it with their primary job.

*Important:

This is a freelance position under self-employed status (auto-entrepreneur / independent contractor).

Key Tasks:

  • Finding and attracting new partners (publishers and advertisers) in the Romanian region

  • Conducting negotiations and presentations, establishing long-term relationships

  • Assisting in localizing strategies and products for the Romanian market

  • Collecting and analyzing market data, trends and competitors

  • Coordinating with Vidverto team to launch and optimize advertising campaigns

What we expect:

  • At least 2 years of experience in digital advertising, publishing or media

  • Wide network of contacts in the industry

  • Knowledge of the Romanian market

  • Fluency in English and Romanian

  • Good communication and negotiation skills

  • Motivated self-starter with a results focus
